Our health care service currently consists of approximately 35 employees, and we are now seeking a dedicated nurse, preferably with specialist training, who will join an interprofessional team. We offer varied, independent, engaging, and stimulating work. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nurse, you are responsible for assessment, implementation, and follow-up of municipal health and care services. You work independently but are also an important part of the patient's care team. You will work in home health care where working hours are scheduled during daytime on weekdays and every 6th weekend (Saturday-Sunday), plus one Friday evening over a 12-week period. We have close collaboration with health centers, hospitals, mobile medical units, and ambulance services, which we continue to develop to strengthen good and safe care in the home. The transition to Close Care means that more patients are cared for to a greater extent in their homes, and we provide more advanced care in the home, where you coordinate, plan, and implement health and care services for the patient and maintain contact with family members. Start date: August 31, 2026, or by agreement. Temporary assignment until December 31, 2026, with possibility for extension. Full-time or by agreement. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who is a licensed registered nurse. It is desirable if you are a specialist nurse with a focus on district nursing or care for the elderly, and have experience from municipal health and care services. Experience with our medical record system LifeCare, as well as Link and NPÖ, is also desirable. As a nurse, you are confident and have good self-awareness. You take responsibility for your tasks in an independent and structured manner and enjoy having your own areas of responsibility. Being responsive and accommodating in your interactions with colleagues, patients, and others is something you take for granted. You communicate clearly and have the ability to ensure that information is conveyed. Furthermore, you adapt easily to changes and promote a good work environment. You also have a command of the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with patients and other staff, and to document as required by the service. Since the work involves digital documentation in operational systems, good computer skills are required. B driver's license for a manual car is required; a lease car is available. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3-6 months. Under the Act (2026:43) on background checks for work in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record register upon being offered employment. In connection with reference checks, we will also request an extract from the IVO regarding any supervisory matters and an extract from the National Board of Health and Welfare's register of licensed health care personnel. If you are offered employment, you must also be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit.
