You have independent and varied work where you can use all of your expertise. You are part of an engaged team with colleagues who support each other, and collaboration is a natural part of everyday work. We are in a phase where we develop and implement welfare technology to strengthen safety, quality, and working environment. As a nurse, you will be involved in implementing and using digital support systems, such as digital monitoring, medication management systems, and other technical solutions that facilitate work for both staff and service users. Job responsibilities include, among others: standard health and care services within municipal healthcare assessments, follow-ups, and documentation guidance and support to care personnel collaboration with other professionals and family members participation in the implementation and use of welfare technology Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse enjoy working independently and taking responsibility have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to contribute to safe and secure care are curious about digital working methods and see opportunities in welfare technology appreciate working in a smaller municipality where you get breadth in your assignment Experience in municipal health and care services is a merit but not required.
