About the Position As a registered nurse in municipal health and care services, you have an independent and varied role where you are responsible for both planned and acute interventions. You meet patients in their home environment and care for patients in ordinary housing, care and residential facilities, and within support services. You play a central role in coordinating patient care and work closely with other professionals to create safe and person-centered care. The team includes occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and nursing assistants. Collaboration also takes place with benefits administrators, physicians, specialist teams, care personnel, and managers. To meet future needs, we use digital solutions such as digital signatures, planning tools, and medication dispensing systems. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, making independent decisions, and at the same time values close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. About the Workplace The Health and Care Services Unit brings together all of the municipality's licensed professionals, creating excellent conditions for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and support in daily work. We have shared and spacious facilities with proximity to all professionals. Within our operations, we also conduct preventive exercise groups in collaboration between health and care services and the benefits unit. Your closest collaborators will be registered nurses, rehabilitation personnel, care personnel, managers, and planning coordinators who work together from a person-centered perspective.
