We work toward care close to home with the individual in focus, and you have good support from your colleagues in the medical unit. You perform typical physical therapist tasks within the framework of municipal health and medical care responsibility at special residential facilities and within home health care. Your responsibilities include: assessing, planning, executing, and following up on health and medical care interventions. guiding and instructing care personnel in, for example, transfer techniques, rehabilitation methods, and various assistive devices. documentation and incident reporting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. You will work with knowledgeable and generous colleagues. Qualifications and Competencies We are looking for someone who is a licensed physical therapist and has a B-level driver's license; a service vehicle is available. You are interested in working with the elderly and addressing people's varied and individual needs. Experience working as a physical therapist in elderly care is advantageous.
