JOB DUTIES Would you like to be part of an engaged team of nursing care nurses, where there is always access to support and experience sharing? As a licensed nurse on the evening shift, you will perform traditional nursing duties within municipal primary care, which includes: • Assess, plan, and follow up on healthcare interventions • Support and encourage staff, relatives, and other caregivers • Maintain contact with colleagues within your own unit as well as with other care providers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region • Document in medical record systems and ensure that all documentation and reporting are completed correctly according to laws, guidelines, and patient safety requirements • Manage medical technology and work with patients who have complex care needs With us, you will have the opportunity to develop, grow in your professional role, and make a real difference for patients every day. Within Landskrona Municipality, there is an HSL group with expanded delegations. The expanded delegations and management of the HSL group's nursing assistants are handled by nurses in home care services. We are all located together in one building at Kungsgatan 15. When different professionals who work with our patients meet, it contributes not only to new perspectives and good collaboration, but also to increased quality for patients enrolled in home care services, ordinary housing, LSS accommodation, and care and residential facilities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is: • A district nurse, specialist nurse with a focus on elderly care, or a registered nurse. • Holds a B driving license for manual transmission vehicles. We would be pleased if you have experience with: • Working in municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care. • Documenting in medical record systems. • Engaging with different cultures and the cultural differences it entails. As a person, you are responsible, goal-oriented, and have a professional, warm approach that creates security for patients, relatives, and colleagues. You work methodically and with a scientific approach, which ensures high quality in care.
