Dietitian for Outpatient/Home Rehabilitation Scope: 75% with potential opportunity for increased employment level Employment Type: Permanent position About the Workplace Sollentuna Rehab provides primary care rehabilitation through the healthcare choice program in Region Stockholm and is a unit within Praktikertjänst AB. The clinic is centrally located in Sollentuna with excellent commuting options by bus and commuter train. At Sollentuna Rehab, we have a total of 20 employees: physical therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, chiropractors, and administrative staff. We are a cheerful team with a great collegial atmosphere who enjoy sharing our knowledge and experience. Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone who is passionate about the dietitian role and interested in outpatient work and home visits. As a dietitian, you will have a natural role on our team, collaborating with your dietitian colleague and other professionals, with the opportunity to contribute to team development. We would appreciate if you have prior experience leading groups/classes, but this can also be part of your professional growth. You will document your work in Take Care. At our clinic, you will meet patients of varying ages, from infants to elderly. You will work with patients who have lifestyle-related diseases (cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, obesity) as well as gastrointestinal issues, malnutrition, and allergies/intolerances.
