About the Workplace Praktikertjänst Vård Rehab is part of Praktikertjänst AB and operates primary care rehabilitation at several facilities in Region Stockholm. We combine the security of a large company with local commitment and close-knit operations. Praktikertjänst Rehab Vällingby is a new operation with a planned start this fall. We are now building an interdisciplinary team where each employee has the opportunity to influence the operation's development, work methods, and culture. Job Responsibilities As an occupational therapist with us, you will have varied work where you work both independently and together with colleagues from multiple professions. You will meet patients with different needs and have the opportunity to contribute to increased independence, participation, and quality of life in their daily lives. With us, you have the opportunity to shape your role based on both your interests and the operation's needs. You can work at a clinic, in home rehabilitation, or combine both assignments. Regardless of focus, you will meet a wide variety of patients and be part of developing an operation built from scratch. The work may include activity assessments, rehabilitation interventions, assistive device prescriptions, hand rehabilitation, housing adaptation certificates, group activities, and collaboration with family members, care providers, and other professionals. You will be an important part of a team where cooperation and knowledge exchange are a natural part of everyday work. Qualifications You are a licensed occupational therapist. Experience in primary care rehabilitation, home rehabilitation, or assistive device prescription is desirable, but we also welcome those who are relatively new to the profession and want to develop with us. A driver's license (B-category) is desirable. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who puts the patient first and is driven by creating conditions for people to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. You are comfortable working independently, take responsibility for your work, and at the same time have good collaboration skills.
