We have organized ourselves into functional assignments. In addition to responsibility for short-term stays, we have a shared care queue, a discharge team responsible for safe and secure discharge from the hospital, a telephone reception, and a rehabilitation quality service. The assignment includes: In close collaboration with the responsible Physical Therapist and other professionals in the team, work based on set goals for short-term stays, including with nurses, unit manager, care staff, dementia nurses, and benefits administrators. Municipal rehabilitation; assessments, prescriptions, and testing based on the prescription process. Patients have significant participation in the goals of our interventions. Provide leadership within your profession, both in patient contact and through the care staff you lead, provide support and motivation through your knowledge. Responsibility to work together with other professionals to create conditions for a safe discharge to regular housing from short-term care. Collaborate externally and internally with various professionals to maintain good quality. Requirements for the position: Licensed Occupational Therapist B-class driver's license for manual transmission Merits for the position: Experience in the profession or from municipal rehabilitation Knowledge of municipal operations and politically governed organizations Characteristics: As a person, you are driven, attentive, goal-oriented, and comfortable with significant responsibility. You are confident working independently and at the same time see the importance of good collaboration with patient focus. The work requires the ability to collaborate, organize, structure, and work solution-oriented with a holistic perspective. You have good pedagogical skills in interactions with other people and in teaching, and you see the value of good teamwork between professions.
