Maintain contact with our largest customers. Streamline material purchasing. Sell off anything we don't need to keep. Additional pluses if you: Have experience working with platforms and channel managers like booking.com, airbnb, expedia, and similar services. Can ensure our accommodations are visible on even more channels and establish additional new partnerships and major customers, such as wind power companies which are currently our largest market. Manage guest bookings and ensure systems and listings are synchronized to prevent double bookings. Suggest alternative accommodations within minutes when we, as is often the case, are fully booked. Create and maintain personal relationships with major customers and guests. Receive guests in person as often as possible. Lead the staff toward even better service standards, set high demands on personnel regarding service level and quality such as cleaning, and handle recruitment. Distribute, prioritize, and manage work tasks as well as monitor time and quality. Very extensive contact with guests and staff. We also own 3 industrial office and warehouse properties in Ånge (Företagshuset Mejeriet 3600 kvm), Krylbo, Dörarp, and would like you to find another category of tenants for these. We are approximately 10 employees depending on the season.
