About the Role In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the unit that works on radiological surveying of waste within the decommissioning project at Ringhals. You'll ensure that operations are conducted according to established plans, quality requirements, and applicable safety regulations. The role involves overall responsibility for daily operations, where you'll work with: Leadership and coordination of radiological waste surveying operations Quality and production monitoring and work toward established goals Staffing, resource planning, and personnel responsibility for up to 60 employees Monitoring of work progress and reporting to the project's Waste Manager Customer dialogue and collaboration on matters related to waste management and workplace-related issues Your Profile We're looking for a confident and engaged leader with experience managing and developing operations in an industrial environment. You're a visible and present leader who enjoys being out in operations and combines operational leadership with structure, collaboration, and focus on safety and quality. We believe you have: Several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in construction, production, or process industry Experience leading both facility staff and supervisors Education in production, logistics, engineering, industry, or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent Strong ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing A structured and solution-oriented way of working It's advantageous if you have experience or knowledge within nuclear power operations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
