In the role as lead technician, you are responsible for planning and carrying out service assignments for customers in northern Stockholm. You work independently with great personal responsibility and operate from home in your own service vehicle. You will work in an environment where community, quality, and customer satisfaction are central. In this role, you will: Plan and structure your service assignments in close dialogue with the service manager Perform troubleshooting, service, and installation work for businesses, property owners, and private customers Plan material purchases and ensure the right equipment is on site Conducts self-inspections and documentation Maintain ongoing contact with customers and follow up on work progress To succeed in this role, you have: ECY certification At least 5 years of experience as a fully qualified electrician Experience with service work Driver's license category B To thrive in this role, you are a self-driven and responsible person who appreciates freedom with responsibility.
