Job Responsibilities As a lead installer, you will work with: Assembly of steel structures and steel products Leading and distributing work at the assembly site Ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation Planning together with project managers, site supervisors, and customers Customer contact on site Solving practical and technical issues in the field Contributing to the development of our assembly department Creating structure, team spirit, and professional pride within the group This role makes you an important link between customers, project management, and the assembly team. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is self-directed, responsible, and technically knowledgeable. You have assembly experience and are comfortable reading, understanding, and interpreting drawings. You have the ability to see the big picture, plan work, and bring people along with you. You understand that good assembly work is not just about technique, but also about communication, service, and trust.
