Responsibilities In your role as a German Language Teacher, you will: Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction in your subject Adapt instruction based on students' different needs and circumstances Create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment where students are engaged Build and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians Work purposefully to help each student progress as far as possible in their learning Use digital tools as a natural part of instruction Actively contribute to school development work and collegial learning Qualifications We're looking for you if you: Are a certified teacher with authorization to teach German in grades 7–9 Have solid pedagogical insight and can adapt instruction to meet students' needs Are confident in your leadership and create a focused and engaged classroom environment Are organized, self-directed, and take responsibility for your role Have the ability to work with goal and results orientation Are relationship-oriented and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment Enjoy collaborating and sharing experiences with colleagues We place great importance on personal suitability.
