Description of the Operation Robertsfors Municipality has a total of six primary schools: three F–3 schools, two F–6 schools, and one centrally located school unit where middle school grades 4–6 and upper secondary school grades 7–9 are located. In the municipality's schools, you will meet highly qualified teachers and close collegial collaboration. Work takes place in cooperation with subject teachers, student support services, and other educational staff, with a focus on student development as well as the organization as a whole. Your Assignment In this role, you are responsible for independently planning, implementing, and following up on instruction in accordance with applicable guidelines. You are part of a work team where you plan, develop, and follow up on instruction together with colleagues and actively contribute to a cohesive, safe, and well-functioning operation with a focus on student learning and development. You participate in systematic quality work and contribute to the school's continued development to promote student knowledge development and goal attainment. The assignment will be shaped based on the operation's needs as well as the applicant's qualifications, experience, and competence. Teaching and other work tasks will therefore be tailored to your qualifications and competence. The assignment may thus involve working at more than one of the municipality's school units.
