The position involves mentorship and teaching in collaboration with colleagues within your grade level and within the work team you're part of. Of course, it's important that you create good cooperation with students and their guardians. QUALIFICATIONS Basic requirements are that you hold a teacher's degree and have applied for or obtained certification within your field of work. You should have a strong interest in creating positive learning environments and a good teaching culture together with colleagues in your work team. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We also value that you have good collaboration skills, while it's important that you have your own drive. You should be social and have an easy time building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You should be organized, clear, and consistent with the ability to take your own initiatives with a great deal of engagement and flexibility. You see opportunities instead of obstacles, as well as the importance of students' influence over their knowledge development where language, learning, and identity are of great importance for students to have the opportunity to develop in all subjects.
