Together, they form our common platform. Description Munkfors municipality is now seeking an engaged and qualified teacher with expertise in mathematics, science, and technology to teach grades 7–9. The organization is divided into two teams: grades 4–6 and 7–9. Each team is led by a team leader and holds regular meetings where teachers, together with various student health professionals, work on shared questions regarding students' learning and well-being. Qualifications We are looking for you—a certified teacher with a teaching degree in mathematics, science, and technology. You are experienced, have strong subject knowledge, and a genuine commitment to contributing to students' development and learning. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a desire to continuously develop. You enjoy trying new methods and have an open, solution-focused approach to your teaching. You are an engaged educator with a clear focus on students—someone who wants to make a difference every day and create added value for the students we are collectively responsible for. We place great importance on your ability to be a clear pedagogical leader and a good role model. Special expertise or experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) is considered a merit. Great weight is also placed on personal suitability. Employment Terms and Salary Before a potential employment, you must be able to provide a current extract from the Police's criminal record register. A probationary period may be applied. Individual salary setting applies to this position. The preliminary salary level for the position normally falls within the range of 36,150–46,600 kronor per month. Final salary is determined based on an overall assessment of education, experience, qualifications, and the scope of the assignment. The position is classified according to AID: 401011.
