Job Responsibilities We at Laröds School are now seeking a certified teacher qualified to teach mathematics in grades 7-9. You will teach grades 7 and 8 in mathematics and serve as a mentor for grade 7 together with three colleagues. In your work, you are both independent and structured, and you lead instruction in a clear way to create security, a conducive study environment, and a positive learning climate. You are flexible in your approach and adapt instruction to meet students' needs. With your social skills and strong collaboration abilities, you contribute to good cooperation with colleagues, while maintaining a relationship-building approach in your interactions with students and guardians. In the classroom, you exercise clear and confident leadership and have well-developed leadership skills. You have strong teaching skills in the subject and are driven by a commitment to develop both your own instruction and the overall operation.
