The Work As a teacher with us, you work in close collaboration with colleagues and school leadership in an activity characterized by development and shared responsibility. You are part of a team where you together plan, implement, assess, and develop teaching with student learning in focus. The team meets regularly to follow up and develop the activities. You also collaborate with subject colleagues in wood and metal crafts to develop instruction. The position also includes cooperation with guardians regarding students' learning and development. The school offers a modern learning environment where digital tools are a natural part of instruction. You use the learning platform Haldor, Teams, and other digital resources to support planning, communication, and learning. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • is a certified teacher authorized to teach wood and metal crafts for grades 7–9 • has good ability to plan, structure, implement, and follow up instruction according to applicable curriculum documents • is a confident pedagogical leader in the classroom • has good collaboration skills and can build trustworthy relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues • has the ability to see different perspectives and adapt instruction accordingly Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
