JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking you as a certified Spanish teacher for grades 7-9, preferably in combination with an additional subject. As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, confident, and stable. You have strong skills in meeting students' diverse needs, find it easy to collaborate and build and maintain good relationships. You see yourself as part of a team with a focus on collaborative work. In your leadership style, you are clear, motivate others, and create engagement and participation. It is advantageous if you have some years of experience working in school. In this role, you will teach grades 7-9. You will work in collaboration with other teachers in your subject area, the student support team, and the school leadership. Your responsibilities include: -Planning, instruction, and assessment according to the curriculum and applicable guidelines -Adaptation to students' varying needs, with a high degree of differentiation -Active participation in Anton projects, international themes, and possible Erasmus initiatives -Interdisciplinary collaboration with regular teachers, student support teams, and school management -Collaboration in subject teams and professional development work at the school Qualifications -Teaching degree with certification in English, preferably in combination with another/other subjects -Experience teaching in primary school -Ability to lead, motivate, and create engagement -Good organizational skills and experience with digital tools in teaching -Strong communication and relationship-building skills: with students, colleagues, and guardians We Offer -A creative and internationally-focused school environment with student-centered instruction -Competent colleagues, high student-to-staff ratio, and strong student support services Are you passionate about educational work and close collaboration with colleagues?
