Responsibilities You will teach Spanish and another subject based on your qualifications and may have mentor students. You will be part of a subject group and mentor group that have regular meetings. Within the subject group, you will have the opportunity to discuss and develop instruction together with a team of experienced teachers. Within the mentor group, you will have the opportunity to plan joint activities and have dialogue with other mentor colleagues in the school's overall work. Qualifications For this role, the following is required: Teacher certification with authorization to teach Spanish and another subject for grades 7-9 Personal Qualities You are confident in your role as a teacher/leader and understand that good relationships promote the entire teaching situation and create security for you and your students. Furthermore, we see that you are a responsible, clear, and structured teacher in the classroom and have a positive and solution-focused approach. You are inspired by young people's curiosity and engagement and thus contribute to active learning in each individual student. We would like to see that you are engaged in school development issues, share the school's operational goals, and want to develop together with other colleagues in a positive climate at Västra skolan.
