The school collaborates across different grade levels to create a safe learning environment for all our students. We actively work to ensure that all students feel seen and valued based on their abilities and needs. Streteredsskolan is organized into work teams with mixed grade levels. We are a mobile phone-free school where all students have their own computer, and the computer is well-established as a pedagogical tool in our teaching. The school has a staffed library that is open every day, as well as school coordinators who are available daily for our students in grades 4-9. We also offer after-school activities for grades 4-6. DUTIES Streteredsskolan is seeking a teacher of Spanish, English, and Swedish for grades 4-9. As a teacher at Streteredsskolan, you are responsible for driving and developing pedagogical work to increase students' academic achievement. The work involves planning, evaluating, and following up on students' knowledge and social development, both individually and together with colleagues. You are an active part of a work team with teachers who have different areas of expertise. The work teams at Streteredsskolan are characterized by collaborative ability and community. The position includes mentorship as part of active work to create a safe learning environment at the school.
