For the 26/27 school year, we are seeking a subject teacher in mathematics to teach at the intermediate and upper secondary levels. This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension. About Us: - We are a small independent preschool, primary school, and after-school program with approximately 150 children/students in the facility. - We have approximately 110 school students distributed across grades PreK-9. - We are bilingual. Our operations are characterized by both Swedish and Finnish languages. - We are centrally located in Tumba, close to commuter trains and buses. About You: - You enjoy working with students of different ages, with different prerequisites and abilities. - You approach your work as encompassing both students' academic and social development. - You see relationship-building as an important part of your teaching. - You structure your work based on given frameworks, contexts, needs, and goals. You are prepared for plans to need adjustment. - You take your own initiative when it is appropriate and necessary. - You view collaboration with your colleagues as self-evident. - You see all parts of the school (activities, students, staff, and guardians) as a whole. Where you are an important puzzle piece together with the rest of us. - It is advantageous if you speak both Swedish and Finnish.
