Read more about Sunne at sunne.se Description We are seeking an engaged and skilled mathematics teacher for Fryxellska School to teach at the secondary level. Fryxellska School is a grades 7–9 school with approximately 420 students. The operation is organized into four work teams and also includes adapted primary education. Our teaching groups consist of approximately 20–25 students, which creates favorable conditions for quality instruction and close relationships. Responsibilities As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on mathematics instruction. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in both work teams and subject teams. The position also includes mentoring and work with targeted support measures in mathematics. For the upcoming school year, the school is making a clear focus on mathematics. We are developing our math workshop into a central resource in instruction, where students are given the opportunity to receive additional support—individually or in small groups—in a calm and structured environment. There is access to varied and hands-on materials to strengthen students' understanding. As a mathematics teacher, you will be an important part of this work and will contribute to developing instruction and support measures together with colleagues.
