Apply today. Colleagues tomorrow. Description Adapted Primary School in Mora has approximately 40 students and is located at Noretskolan and Morkarlbyhöjdens school. Grades 1-3 are housed in a separate building at Morkarlbyhöjdens school, and grades 4-9 are located at Noretskolan. We have two after-school care programs. Job Responsibilities You are responsible for teaching the subject, planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction. You teach both within subject areas and subjects with a focus on student development, participation, and learning. You collaborate with colleagues and professionals within the Student Health Unit on everyday matters throughout instruction and in collaborative development work. You actively participate in the school's systematic development work. Qualifications You are a certified teacher with certification in home economics. You have a solution-focused approach to work. You have the ability to build secure relationships. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You must be thorough and organized in your documentation. You must have knowledge and experience using AAC, visual supports, and other compensatory aids, as well as experience using digital learning tools. You are relational, responsive, and clear in your pedagogical leadership and have the ability to motivate and create learning environments with a focus on inclusion and student voice. You have a low-affect approach and can handle stressful situations that arise around you. You are a clear and confident leader in the classroom. You are well-versed in current curriculum documents and have strong ICT skills. Skills Ability to build good relationships. Ability to motivate students.
