JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a teacher in the after-school program, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for planning, implementing, and evaluating the pedagogical work at your workplace. You are well versed in the after-school program's curriculum and experienced in working with applicable goals and quality standards within after-school program activities. You are a good role model and follow the norms and values specified in the curriculum, contributing to implementing and fulfilling the after-school program's mission with high quality. Your task is to promote each student's learning and development, as well as create the best conditions for students, guardians, and colleagues to thrive and feel secure in the school and after-school program's activities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified after-school program teacher or trained youth pedagogue. We would appreciate it if you have experience from similar work within after-school programs. As a person, we see that you are secure, stable, and positive. You are calm and attentive in your interactions, which helps you create good and trusting relationships with both students and adults. You work well with others and strive to create an open and unpretentious collaborative climate where innovative thinking is encouraged and where everyone takes shared responsibility for achieving set goals. You have a creative talent and enjoy contributing thoughts and ideas that you also put into practice to develop both the daily work and the activities as a whole. In this work, you also ensure that you create participation and engagement among both colleagues and students, and you encourage others to dare to take initiative, thus helping those around you to grow and develop. Furthermore, we see that you are a communicative person with the ability to convey information in a clear but also pedagogical way, where you adapt your communication based on the recipient's needs and the current situation.
