About Us Tingbergsskolan is an F–6 school located in Lödöse, with proximity to both a commuter train station, bus stop, and forest and nature that we use as a natural part of our activities. The school has approximately 400 students and employs about 50 dedicated staff members. The recreation center has approximately 200 enrolled students distributed across three departments. Your Role Do you want to help create a safe, developmental, and meaningful school day for our students? We are now seeking a trained recreation center teacher for a temporary position in our pre-school class. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team where collaboration, participation, and the best interests of the student are central. Your main task will be to work closely with a student in need of special support and contribute to creating good conditions for learning, development, and well-being. Main Responsibilities: Provide support to students in need of special support during the school day. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and developmental learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, recreation center staff, student welfare services, and guardians. Support the student's social, communicative, and educational development. Participate actively in the team's work regarding the student's learning and well-being. Responsibilities and Expectations: Be a safe and present adult in the student's daily life. Work from a low-affect and inclusive approach. Contribute to good teamwork within the team. Contribute to creating an environment characterized by safety, participation, and positive relationships. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is committed, takes responsibility, and wants to make a difference for students in need of support. Requirements: Trained recreation center teacher. Strong ability to create safe and trusting relationships with students. Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. Good digital literacy and experience using digital tools safely and flexibly in daily work. Meritorious: Experience with sign support (TAKK) and/or alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). Experience working in adapted primary school. Experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD). Personal Qualities: Good teamwork skills and a professional approach. Initiative-taking, flexible, and responsible. Confident in your professional role with a positive attitude. Committed to creating good conditions for each student's development and learning.
