The school has approximately 730 students distributed across grades F-3, 4-6, and 7-9, with approximately 100 staff members. All educators belong to a work team with an assigned coordinator. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your assignment with us is to lay the foundation for a Good Life for the students you meet and teach. Great emphasis is placed on relationships and special education approaches. We are looking for you who is a certified after-school teacher or leisure pedagogue. It is meritorious if you have qualifications to teach music. The position includes work at one of our after-school programs, where you together with your colleagues are responsible for instruction. During school hours, you work with teachers in the school and carry out various teaching assignments based on needs. There is scheduled planning time, both individually and with colleagues. As an after-school teacher or leisure pedagogue with us: * You are responsible for ensuring that instruction is designed in accordance with school legislation, curriculum, and other national and municipal regulatory documents. * You are responsible for ensuring that instruction complements preschool and primary school and that cooperation takes place with these school forms. * You work toward a holistic view of instruction where learning, development, and care are included. * You continuously monitor the development of individual students and student groups and use the results to develop the program. * You offer students meaningful leisure time by starting from the students' needs, interests, and experiences, while also continuously challenging students further and inspiring new discoveries. * You are responsible for ensuring that instruction aims to promote students' imagination, empathy, and ability to learn together with others through play, movement, creative expression in aesthetic forms, and exploratory and practical work methods. * You work toward trusting, open, and respectful cooperation with families. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who is a certified after-school teacher or leisure pedagogue. It is meritorious if you have qualifications to teach music.
