Responsibilities: As an afterschool program teacher at Grönkullaskolan, you will: Plan and conduct educational activities that promote student development and learning. Create a safe and inspiring environment where students can explore their interests and develop their social skills. Collaborate with colleagues and guardians to support students' individual needs and goals. Participate in the school's development work and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment. Qualifications: We are looking for you if you: Have a degree as an afterschool program teacher or education that the employer considers equivalent. Have experience working in afterschool programs and a passion for working with children and youth. Are creative, engaged, and have the ability to create meaningful and fun activities. Have good collaboration skills and are flexible in your approach to work. Are positive and have an inclusive mindset. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
