JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a certified primary school teacher with authorization in English for upper elementary grades 4-6, and Swedish as a Second Language for grades 1-6. You are expected to have strong subject knowledge, but also be skilled in engaging students through your leadership. To thrive with us, you need to have a positive view of students, be flexible, and be good at building positive relationships. You have a coaching approach with the ability to create a learning environment where each student develops to their full potential. You build and maintain positive relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues alike, creating a safe and supportive environment. Digital skills are maintained at a high level among both students and adults. We work, like other schools in the municipality, actively with Google tools, and it is therefore advantageous if you have strong skills in using digital tools in your teaching. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily seeking a certified teacher. Desirable qualifications: • Previous experience teaching in primary school. • Demonstrated particular ability to improve student academic results and a strong interest in developing instruction. • Previous experience teaching students with special needs. • Good knowledge of inclusion and accessible learning environments. • Documented good experience working with students within NPF.
