JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking qualified teachers for our after-school program team at Blomsterbäcks School's Adapted Primary School. You will be an important part of the team working to ensure students receive good knowledge development before, during, and after the school day as well as during holidays. Together you will work to create a stimulating pedagogical after-school activity based on existing governing documents and laws. You are a good role model and work to develop and strengthen students' social interaction. Much of the activity takes place outdoors. The position is responsible for pedagogical activities that place the student at the center. You will be a natural part of an after-school activity where students feel safe, joyful, engaged, and have a desire to learn and develop. As an after-school teacher with us, we want you to demonstrate a clear student focus and view differences as an asset. There is extensive collaboration and cooperation with the school's activities and staff as well as guardians. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who is a qualified after-school teacher. We believe you are confident in the role through having worked in the profession for at least a year or have other equivalent work experience with children and youth. Great importance is placed on your ability to be flexible and understand how to drive development in an activity forward. The personal qualities we value in this recruitment are that you are communicative and have an easy time building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We also place great importance on your ability to collaborate with others and how you can engage other people. The position will be filled if required political decisions are made. The content of the position can to some extent be adjusted based on your qualifications. According to the School Act, an extract from the police criminal record must be presented by individuals before they are employed in school activities. You can order this on the police website. Salary range: The salary for the position is currently within the range of 32,000-35,500 kronor per month, based on 2025 salary levels. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting.
