Our Operations Brunns School is an F-9 school with approximately 525 students. The school is located on Ingarö, a 30-minute bus ride from Slussen. The school works with digital tools and has excellent digital infrastructure. In grades 4-9, all students have their own computer. With respect – joy – participation, we work with our focus areas: study culture, strengthening and developing reading and writing skills, improving mathematics skills, and AI and critical thinking. You will have a fantastic job with freedom within responsibility, meetings with students, parents and professional colleagues. Your Assignment The role as a teacher in English, Swedish and social studies, and preferably in additional subjects, means you will be part of a teaching team, including grade 4. You are responsible for teaching your subjects and are a mentor in a class. You will teach multiple classes. As a mentor, your most important task is to motivate students to study and strengthen their self-esteem and social development. Värmdö Municipality uses V-class as a tool in planning and follow-up work, as well as in contact with parents and students. Your Experience We are looking for you who have teacher certification with the qualification to teach Swedish, English and social studies in grades 4-6. Your Personal Qualities As a person, you are attentive to students' needs, clear, respectful and with great ability to collaborate with both our students and the school's adults. You are a driven and engaged teacher who enjoys challenging and being challenged and who has high expectations for your students. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
