About the role As a teacher, it is important that you place the student at the center and that you have a positive approach. You should build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of pedagogical activities. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed teacher to work with younger elementary school students. It is an advantage if you have experience working as a teacher at the elementary level. You have good knowledge of the curriculum and are accustomed to planning, implementing, and documenting. You are clear and attentive in your communication style and are expected to be a good role model with respectful conduct. You are aware of your leadership and have a good ability to collaborate with people in different contexts. We also see that you are interested in working knowledge-based and are not afraid to test new approaches where we mix groups based on students' needs.
