Job Duties In your role as a teacher with us, you will play an important role in shaping and developing our pedagogical environment. Since the school is newly built and we work with a modern, non-traditional approach to furniture and pedagogy, the position offers both creative satisfaction and requires flexibility. Pedagogical Work: Plan, implement, and evaluate instruction for grades 1–3 or 4–6 in accordance with Lgr22. You will adapt your teaching to the flexible learning environments. Teamwork: You are part of a close-knit team where you share responsibility, collaborate on student groups, and jointly plan activities. School Development: You help establish the structures for our new working methods. You actively contribute to evaluating and refining methods and environments to find what works best for our students. Student and Parent Contact: Build trusting relationships, conduct development conversations, and maintain close dialogue with guardians. For a potential senior teacher position: Work with school leadership to drive pedagogical development across the entire school and serve as mentor/coach for colleagues. This may also include district-level assignments that extend beyond the school's boundaries. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 1–3 or 4–6 • Subject Qualification: Relevant subjects for the applicable grades, preferably with broad qualification. • Experience (meritorious): Experience working in flexible learning environments, interdisciplinary teams, or starting new programs. • For senior teacher position: At least four years of well-documented work as a certified teacher, plus documented ability to lead pedagogical development.
