You are responsible for the pedagogical content of the teaching and work to promote students' learning and development. You are well versed in systematic quality work and are responsive to the demands and changes that need to be handled within the profession. You will work as a class teacher in grades 1-3 of elementary school. The teaching responsibility of the position is shaped based on the operation's needs, your subject qualifications, and pedagogical professional experience. Your responsibilities include class/mentorship, collegial collaboration in various forums, communication and cooperation with guardians as well as other schools and authorities. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in various development projects focused on teaching quality and increased goal achievement. It is possible that you may also teach at another school in the principal's area. About the workplace Tällberg School is a grades F-6 school with an after-school program, beautifully located in Tällberg, approximately 1.5 miles outside central Leksand, with proximity to a rich natural and cultural life. The school has three work teams - grades F-3 and grades 4-6, as well as After-school Program. Collaboration for pedagogical development is central, and the principal's area also includes Ullvi, Siljansnäs, and Gärde schools as collaboration partners to enable rich collegial learning. Beyond that, Leksand schools continuously collaborate on various targeted professional development initiatives.
