WORKPLACE HAGFORS SCHOOL AREA The Hagfors school area consists of preschool, pre-primary class, after-school care, primary school, adapted primary school, upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, municipal adult education, special education for adults, youth center, school and public library, cultural school, and special responsibility for culture in Hagfors Municipality. This position is located within Älvstranden Education Center Grades 4-6. DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with teacher education and certification to teach grades 4-6 with a focus on mathematics, science, and technology. You will be part of a teaching team. The work involves teaching your subject areas together with other teachers and sharing responsibility for three classes in a grade level. It is essential that you enjoy working with students and in a team. You communicate easily and have a strong interest in meeting people from different backgrounds and with different conditions. You have a strong ability to build good relationships with colleagues, children/students, and coworkers. As a person, you are characterized by a positive attitude and a solution-focused work approach. Personal suitability is given considerable weight. According to the Education Act (2010:800), a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register is required to work in preschool activities, school, or childcare.
