We are looking for a self-motivated, driven warehouse manager for our facility in Mölnlycke. Here you will take on a central role in developing our warehouse structure and creating optimal spaces for our production. You will become a key person ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently, organized, and in line with business growth and operational needs. About the Role As warehouse manager, you are responsible for the overall operations of our warehouse connected to the packaging & printing operations. You and your team work closely with production and planning to ensure that materials, packaging, and semi-finished products are in the right place at the right time, and that our inbound and outbound deliveries follow agreed schedules. The role combines strategic work on warehouse optimization, organization, efficiency improvements, and practical tasks in the daily workflow. Your Main Responsibilities Manage our warehouse structure, organization & order, and optimization of warehouse spaces Responsible for creating clear processes and routines in the area Handle inbound and outbound deliveries and freight booking Receiving, registration, and inspection of goods Planning and management of packaging materials and semi-finished products Ensure efficient material flows between warehouse and production Inventory management, monitoring, and reporting of stock levels Continuously work on improving routines and working methods Communication between internal departments and daily contact with suppliers Procurement of materials for warehouse and production Responsible for our forklift fleet and keeping it in good condition Forklift operation as part of daily work We Are Looking for Someone Who Has documented experience from the logistics industry with warehouse management, warehouse optimization, and inbound & outbound deliveries (TA System) Is accustomed to working systematically with flows, spaces, and material planning Has a good understanding of production needs and how the warehouse supports operations Is thorough, responsible, and comfortable working both operatively and analytically Has strong administrative skills and preferably experience with warehouse or business systems (BC/Printvis) Holds a valid Class A & B Forklift License Can communicate fluently in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English Has documented leadership qualities (personnel responsibility may become relevant) We Offer An important and central role at our packaging unit in Mölnlycke A workplace with pleasant colleagues and short decision-making processes A developing environment where you get significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the entire warehouse organization Secure employment terms and good development opportunities SOUNDS LIKE YOUR NEXT CAREER CHALLENGE?
