We are seeking engaged and reliable personal assistants for a female client in Lidingö with ALS and tracheostomy. You are attentive, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills. You thrive working closely with others, are responsible, and respect the client's integrity and autonomy. The home has a dog, so you should not be allergic or afraid of dogs. The client has a strong interest in boating, books, gardening, nature, and social activities. She is active and enjoys traveling—therefore, we are looking for someone who appreciates variety in daily work and sees travel as a positive part of the job. This position is a longer-term temporary assignment with a fixed schedule, primarily evenings and overnight shifts, with the possibility of extension. You will work together with a colleague (dual assistance) and become part of a larger team, where collaboration and good communication are important. We welcome experience in care or support work, with personal assistance experience being a merit. The client places great importance on personality and selects her own assistants. You will receive an introduction period, clear procedures, and brief training to feel confident in the role. Working hours: days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
