We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant on a scheduled basis for one of our clients in Kalmar. You will actively work according to clearly established routines both in our client's home and during activities. High work ethic and sense of responsibility are essential here. We would like you to have experience working in care and support services; it is a merit if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. The client/representative chooses their own assistants, and great importance is placed on personality. Your sense of security with the client and in your work tasks is ensured through introductory sessions. The client is a 38-year-old woman who lives in her own apartment in Kalmar. She needs your help with everything that is part of daily life. In addition to routines in the home, she would like you to accompany her on walks, to activities, visit acquaintances, or have coffee in town. When you work with her, she needs your full focus, and you often work together with a colleague. To work well with our client, you need to be attentive, patient, able to collaborate, and have consequential thinking. Work hours: day, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts.
