As an applicant, you should naturally share our common values. About the Service: Kompassen Accompaniment & Relief: is a service operated according to the LSS law. We only have on-call employees, several of whom are hired family members. The service is aimed at children and adults who need support to participate in social activities or to provide relief for parents of children with functional variations. Relief: The service means that as a relief worker, you work with younger children in their home or immediate surroundings. The service aims to relieve the child's parents so that they can rest, shop, or spend time with siblings. Accompaniment: The service means that as an accompaniment worker, you accompany the customer in everyday activities. This could be support on the bus ride to college or to help the customer manage their leisure interests. You can have multiple different assignments, both as a relief worker and an accompaniment worker. The assignments are based on the number of hours per month. Job Responsibilities: As a relief worker, you support a family with a child who has functional variations by creating a safe and stimulating environment. The assignment may include play, crafts, and activities in the home or in the immediate surroundings, with a focus on giving the child a meaningful and fun experience. For this assignment, we are seeking several relief workers who can rotate on the assignment. It is an assignment totaling 40 hours per month. We are looking for engaged and active individuals who together can relieve the family and support a 6-year-old girl in her everyday life and leisure time. She is happy, likes music and anything that makes sound, as well as showering and bathing but not outdoors. As an applicant, you need to have patience, handle repetitive sounds, be attentive and empathetic. You also need to be curious, observant, and active. Qualifications: Experience working with people with various functional variations or from care and support services. Meritorious: pedagogical training within child care and functional variations. Knowledge and experience working with people within the autism spectrum. Knowledge of TAKK.
