Employment Terms and Conditions Work schedule: Monday-Friday plus every other weekend Employment rate: 75% Work hours: 15:30-22:00 Employment type: Permanent position with six months probation Start date: By agreement Workplace: You will be based at our Oxelösund office and work within Oxelösund municipality. Job Duties – What Will You Do? As a care assistant with us, you'll work in customers' homes with varying tasks based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility Emotional support & conversation – create security through presence and good interaction Daily living support – help with meals and simple household tasks Supervision & safety – notice needs and contribute to safe care Medication delegation – administering medications as prescribed and documenting according to protocol Documentation – record information according to care plans in various computer systems Safety alarms – quickly respond to urgent customer needs via alarm system. We work on behalf of Oxelösund municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and safety alarm responses between 6:45 AM-10:00 PM. This involves varied work with both scheduled and more urgent tasks. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is engaged and wants to contribute to secure and professional home care: Care assistant training (highly desirable) – you have completed training, preferably with experience Good Swedish in speech and writing – you communicate clearly and document correctly B driver's license (desirable) – you are a safe and experienced driver Bike experience (REQUIRED) – you are comfortable cycling between clients Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – you take initiative, work independently, and stay calm in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and treating people with empathy, respect, and understanding Digitally proficient – you use mobile and computer in your daily work Medication delegation (desirable) – experience with medication handling according to protocol is a plus We do not accept applications via email.
