Quality Manager at SwEnergy Do you want to be part of developing quality work at a growing Swedish manufacturer of dietary supplements? We are now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to combine developing quality systems and processes with hands-on, practical work in the business. This role suits you if you are equally comfortable improving working methods and procedures as you are ensuring they are followed in everyday operations. About the role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible together with management for the company's quality work and quality systems. You will work closely with production, purchasing, and sales and have a central role in developing, monitoring, and ensuring the company's quality work. Examples of tasks Develop and maintain the company's current and future quality systems Drive development and improvement of the company's quality processes Ensure regulatory compliance Handle deviations and corrective actions Review raw materials, specifications, and supplier documentation Ensure that analysis certificates (COA) are obtained, reviewed, and archived Conduct supplier assessments and supplier approvals Participate in work with product specifications Assist with audits and quality monitoring We are looking for someone who Has experience with quality work in food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated operations Has good understanding of quality systems, documentation, and processes Is structured, thorough, and quality-minded Has good administrative skills Is self-driven and takes initiative Communicates well in Swedish and English Experience from other industries with well-developed quality systems may also be relevant.
