Qualified Contact Person - Protection Placements

Reviv works to provide support and guidance to individuals in and out of destructive contexts where security requirements are high. Reviv currently operates nationally and is now seeking new colleagues to move forward with. We are looking for someone who is committed and takes responsibility to join our team working with protection placements in the areas of disengagement from crime, intimate partner violence, and honor-related contexts. Scope approximately 10 hours per week, which may be expanded. Start date immediately. WORK TASKS In your role as a qualified contact person, you will provide practical support to the individual in contact with other actors based on developed planning regarding subsistence, employment, and other areas of need. Be involved in and support the individual in creating meaningful leisure time with, for example, leisure interests and activities. Perform ongoing documentation in the form of case notes. Conduct drug tests as needed. Support the individual in daily life skills (ADL) as needed. Support the individual with motivating and supportive conversations. Be involved in and support planning for the individual's independence. Participate in regular follow-ups and meetings regarding the individual's planning. REQUIREMENTS FOR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social worker, special educator, or equivalent education. Experience with work involving contact with various authorities. Good communication skills and experience working in a motivating and supportive manner. Training and experience in MI - Motivational Interviewing Documentation experience MERITS License to perform KSL - Crime as a Lifestyle. Training in MRT. Training in ÅP - Relapse Prevention Meritorious with professional experience working with the target group, preferably in the areas of crime, substance abuse care, social services, or psychiatry Training in LAB - Low-Arousal Approach Training and experience in BBIC - Children's Needs in Focus Training in FREDA, Patriark, or Sara. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT The position is full-time based on the needs of the operation. We try to match our needs with your availability as much as possible, but the client's and operation's needs always guide the planning. Needs may exist during daytime, evening, and weekends.
