Qualified Contact Person - Protection Placements

Reviv works to provide support and guidance to individuals in and out of destructive contexts where safety requirements are high. Reviv operates nationally today and is now seeking new colleagues to work with us moving forward. We are looking for someone who is engaged and responsible to join our team working with protection placements in the areas of exiting criminal activity, intimate partner violence, and honor-related contexts. Approximate scope ca 10 hours per week, which may be expanded. Start date immediately. JOB DUTIES In your role as a qualified contact person, you will provide practical support to the individual in contact with other actors based on established planning regarding livelihood, employment, and other areas of need. Participate in and support the individual in creating meaningful leisure time with, for example, leisure interests and activities. Perform ongoing documentation in the form of case notes. Conduct drug tests when needed. Support the individual in daily living skills (ADL) when needed. Support the individual with motivating and supportive conversations. Participate in and support planning for the individual's independence. Participate in regular follow-ups and meetings regarding the individual's planning. REQUIREMENTS FOR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Completed or ongoing post-secondary education as a treatment assistant, social worker, special educator, or equivalent education. Experience with work that involves contact with various authorities. Good communication skills and experience working in a motivating and supportive manner. Training and experience in MI - Motivational Interviewing Documentation experience MERITORIOUS QUALIFICATIONS License to conduct KSL - Crime as a Lifestyle. Training in MRT. Training in ÅP - Relapse Prevention Meritorious work experience with the target group, preferably in the areas of crime, addiction care, social services, or psychiatry Training in LAB - Low Arousal Approaches Training and experience in BBIC - Child's Needs in Focus Training in FREDA, Patriark, or Sara. REGARDING THE EMPLOYMENT The position is a full-time employment based on the organization's needs. We try to the greatest extent possible to match our needs with your availability, but the client's and organization's needs always determine the planning.
