Your Responsibilities As a customer and project manager in electrical grid operations, you will become a key person in our electrical grid operations. You will work closely with both customers, contractors, and colleagues, and have an important role in keeping projects on track from start to finish. We are a dedicated team with short decision-making processes and a culture characterized by collaboration and work satisfaction. Your closest colleagues will be Sebastian and Thomas, and you report to Joachim, who is the head of the electrical grid and district heating department. In this role, you are responsible for: Project Management: Drive and coordinate projects within electrical grid operations, from planning to implementation and follow-up Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, connections, and answer various questions related to the electrical grid. Quality & Economics: Ensure that our projects maintain high quality and that we have control over budget, costs, and timelines. Infrastructure: Work with investments, maintenance, documentation, and development of our facilities: from substations, power lines, distribution stations, and cable cabinets. Your Profile You have a background in electrical work and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and drive work forward. You are organized, solution-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture. You are confident in dealing with people and have an easy way of building trust, both with customers and colleagues. Since we work closely together, we value collaboration, humility, and a willingness to contribute where needed. Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license are requirements. Experience from the electrical grid industry is of course a merit, but not required—what matters most to us is your drive, your sense of responsibility, and your desire to develop together with your colleagues!
