DUTIES As a coordinator within our education operations area, you will be part of a team with other coordinators on the education side and work with both university and vocational education programs as well as commissioned training. You will work with some of Nova's programs, which includes driving the development of the programs and their courses, managing contacts with teachers and possible universities/colleges, writing applications to the Swedish Agency for Vocational Education, and managing the administration of the program as a whole. The position also includes participating in marketing Nova's programs, such as through social media posts or participating in education fairs and visiting schools. QUALIFICATIONS You should • have a relevant post-secondary degree. • have good collaboration skills and treat everyone with respect. • have good ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and carry out work independently. • be able to adapt to new conditions when required. • have good computer skills. It is advantageous if you also have • experience working with post-secondary education. • experience collaborating with public and private (education provider) actors. • experience with grant applications. • experience with systems used in distance learning. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-08-24 Start date by agreement. End date: 2027-09-30.
