We are looking for someone who wants to work within one or more competency areas: Defense Technology (land systems, naval systems, aviation, and command systems) Systems Engineering (systems work and a holistic perspective in working with technical systems throughout or parts of their lifecycle) ILS – Integrated Logistics Support Defense Logistics and Technical Service Systems Security and Functional Safety IT Security and Information Security You can work as a technical specialist, generalist, or project manager within any of the described competency areas. You are motivated by and want to contribute to creating a more robust and secure society. Qualifications We are looking for someone with commitment and drive to succeed! Consulting experience is a merit, but your attitude is decisive. To succeed as a consultant with us, you need to have good initiative, collaboration skills, and be excellent at communication and taking responsibility for the challenges you face. We want you to have at least a higher engineering education and several years of professional experience from a technology-related role in defense or defense-adjacent areas. You also have extensive work experience with systems lifecycle processes, including experience with requirements management, requirements verification, and ILS. Since most of our customers are Swedish defense industry and authorities, you should be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English. Depending on the assignment, work is performed either at the office or at the client's location. Business travel may occur. Placement locations: Stockholm/Solna, Enköping, Uppsala, Malmö, Skövde, and Arboga. Security Clearance & Education Verification Our assignments vary and many are in security-classified areas, which means you may need to undergo a security clearance before you start with us.
