We are now seeking a driven and solution-oriented designer/engineer who wants to help us develop the next generation of products together with us. With us, you get the opportunity to work broadly – from idea and design to finished product. Your Role As a Designer/Engineer with us, you will be an important part of our continued development. You will work across the group with design and product development for several of our companies and business areas. You will have the opportunity to combine creativity, technology, and problem-solving in a daily routine where no two days are the same. Your Responsibilities Develop and design products and technical solutions. Further develop and improve existing products and designs. Design welding fixtures, inspection fixtures, and production equipment. Create solutions that streamline and ensure quality in production. Prepare technical drawings and production documentation. Provide technical support to production and projects. Participate in prototype development, testing, and verification. Collaborate with customers and suppliers on technical solutions. Contribute to improvement and efficiency initiatives within the business. Who You Are You are a technically curious person who enjoys turning ideas into working solutions. You thrive in a practical environment where you can combine design with actual production and see opportunities where others see limitations. We believe you: Have experience in design within manufacturing or production operations. Have strong knowledge of CAD, preferably Solid Works. Understand manufacturing in metal and welded constructions. Are practical-minded and have a solution-oriented approach to work. Work independently but enjoy collaborating with others just as much. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have experience in: Mechanical or product design. Hydraulics or mechanical systems. Production technology. Vehicle, construction equipment, or agricultural-related products. Strength calculations and FEM analysis.
