Your competence and experience We're looking for you who are a certified teacher with authorization to teach music. You are an engaged and relationship-building educator with the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where students have the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You have a clear focus on students and are driven by contributing to each student's learning, development, and joy of learning. You plan, implement, document, and follow up on instruction in accordance with the curriculum's objectives and based on students' needs. You see the value of collegial collaboration and actively contribute to the development of the school's activities together with your work team. In your role as music teacher, you are also expected to take a leading role in planning and implementing the school's musical traditions, such as the Lucia celebration and school graduations. Mentorship is included in the position. It is a merit if you have authorization to teach additional subjects as well as experience teaching younger age groups.
