The preschool has short decision-making processes, low staff turnover, and staff have good opportunities to influence the development of the activities. Work Tasks As a preschool teacher with us, you will: Plan, implement, and develop pedagogical activities according to the preschool's curriculum Work in close collaboration with colleagues in your team Have a leading role in pedagogical work in your department Be responsible for your department's systematic quality work Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where each child has the opportunity to develop based on their individual circumstances The preschool's daily life is changing, which requires flexibility and collaboration skills.
