Then this role might be for you. One of our current communicators will be focusing on developing the municipality's website during the coming year. Therefore, we are now seeking a communicator with particular strength in content production. You will become part of a team with broad expertise in communication, destination development, civic guidance, budget and debt advice, and consumer advice. Together we are 19 employees distributed across the communication, contact center, and Consumer Highland units. Our shared mission is to make it easy for residents, businesses, and visitors to access the municipality's information, services, and offerings. We support the municipality's operations in their communication efforts, develop and manage the municipality's communication channels, and contribute to strengthening confidence in Nässjö Municipality as an organization and place. DUTIES The work contains both strategic and operational tasks but with a focus on planning and creating content for the website, social media, and media. To succeed in the role, you therefore need to be a skilled writer with a good sense of language, tone, and target audiences. The role also includes providing communication support to the urban planning office and contributing to developing their communication. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills who thrives driving their work forward. You are up to date on new communication trends, interested in digital communication, and comfortable in a role where you take responsibility for the entire communication process, from idea and messaging to finished content. You have a structured approach to work and find it easy to collaborate with different operations and professions. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for the position, you need to have higher education in communication or equivalent. Web, social media, and Adobe CC are natural tools in your work. Experience in media, project management, and moving media is meritorious. It is also advantageous to have experience working in municipal operations and the public sector.
